1- It has many large oak trees providing ample shade when needed,

As snowbirds, we have used this park every winter since January 2008. I love the park because:
We will be back again next winter.
6- The snowbirds mix and support one another.
7- The cranes and squirrels are entertaining.
The people here had to be the friendliest folks my husband and I have ever met . They are so welcoming . what a wonderful and comfortable place. Highly recommend this place to anyone with an RV or camper.
8- The park has a welcoming feel to it.

2- Swapping lies and beer around camp fires is aceptable (Free firewood if you can cut and split fallen trees)
awesome place to visit or to stay. went there with our new fifth wheel.
The only real issue I had with this campground is its distance from the highway. Also, it seems to be a mobile home park with maybe 6 RV sites. If I were snowbirding, it would do just fine. But for 1 or 2 nights, an hour off the freeway is a little much.
People are extremely friendly, very large spots.
The park is under new ownership and is a great place to stay
5- It has a variety of in-park activities: Wed nite country music jam, line dancing, card games, horseshoes, etc
4- Fishing off the beach or use your own boat for the season (Bass are plentiful)
